I met Blair when I started working at Professional Standards in 2016. He made the transition to a new department and position much easier for me by being supportive, helpful and kind. No matter how busy he was, he always took the time to answer my questions and help me. I will always be appreciative and grateful for his support and it was a great pleasure to have worked with him. He will be missed. My condolences to Blair's family during this very difficult and sad time.

It was such a pleasure to work with Blair at Service Canada. He was always so helpful, kind and considerate. A meeting with him was always the best part of my day as he had so much wisdom to share. Though he was very proud of his military career, it seemed he was most proud of his accomplishments at home with his family. My condolences to Rhonda and family.

After a rough transition back to Canada from an overseas deployment Blair was a understanding and supportive supervisor. The kind of leader who gets it and puts his troops first. It was a pleasure to work for Blair and I am saddened to hear that he has passed. He made a positive impact on me personally and those around him. Thanks for everything Blair. Condolences to your family.

I was absolutely shocked to learn of the passing of Blair at such a young age. Blair was a man of great generosity, incredible compassion, and of steeled determination. He was a man who has given way more to thids world than he ever took from it. His presence in this world world left a large footprint and his loss has left a huge void, most especially in the lives of his family and all of the children whose lives he has impacted. My sincere condolences to Rhonda and their many children. For Blair, Godspeed to you, sir. Thank you so much for all that you have done, for all of us.
