Thinking of you Joan and family in the loss of dear Floyd! I so have enjoyed my house that Floyd so very professionally renovated 30 years ago. Many skills were also shown in his community services. He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered.

The world has lost one of the most kind compassionate hard working greatest volunteer bar none people in the world !
I had the opportunity to work with Floyd and his lovely wife Joan during Floyd's many many years in the scouting movement. Countless young minds he has shaped, life skills he has taught both to the
young and adults. He always had a smile on his face and I'll never forget the Floyd chuckle !
Floyd never missed an opportunity to teach valuable skills and praised each and every person he worked with. He was so organized & prepared for every week of scouting...he had so many woodworking skills...he made beautiful pieces ! I will always cherish my many fond memories of the kindest most hardworking energetic motivated man I know. What a privilege to have known him!

Joan and family. Floyd was a very rare individual and will be deeply missed by us all. He provided us with an exemplary example of commitment to family, friends & community. If Floyd became involved with an organization it was always better because of his involvement. He showed tremendous patience in working with youth and explaining to me how to do projects in the shop and of course tremendous courage in dealing with his battle with cancer. To Joan and the entire Andersen Family:
Caren and I send our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your dear Floyd.
I had the very great pleasure to get to know Floyd through our business and as a teammate on the Battleford’s Buttenders hockey team. Every teammate thought the world of Floyd and truly loved having him on our team. Floyd will be remembered for his unique sense of humor, his love for his family and his service to the Battleford community. Rest In Peace old friend, you will be missed.
