Dear Mom, I hope you can see this in heaven. I miss you terribly. The day you left for your journey back to your loved ones, our world fell apart. You were the Pillar that bonded the family.
You have your son back now. I’m sorry, I did everything humanly possible to save him and keep him. But he was always your son.
I know Aunt Roberta is there with you as well as Edward. Please if you happen to see my husband let him know I’ve never gotten over the loss of all of you.
Until God feels I deserve to be reunited with all of you please remind my husband that I still love him . Please know I still love and miss you so very much. I did manage to visit you all several years ago. I left messages and flowers. I planted a bronz4 vase in front of Wendells plot and stone. I sure hope he loves his headstone. Its just like one he always admired here in Pocomoke.
I also want you to know you were a wonderful mother. That’s why I always let Wendell stay every summer. I told him he needed to be with you every chance he could because you deserved to be near him also. I love you
