Condolences to the Heron family , i spent many years working for Max and have lots of fond memories . He was very meticulous about the end product and taught me lots about production facilities. safety was a priorty with Max and Remington was his jewel . one of the best projects we did together was the Sikanni gas plant and gathering system, at one point he had me build and huge guard around a inlet header at the plant . there was an old comic book in camp of Richie Rich and the welder and i decided too put the big "R" on the gate as a joke and lo and behold Max loved it and soon he incorporated into the Remington logo , we had lots of good times he and i . give Terry a hug for us when you see her again Rest easy Max Dale and Doreen Markham

We used to live down the street from Max and Terry in Fort St John. They were fun people and great neighbours. We were sad when they moved. They were both very -round of their children. Chuck and Darlene McDowell
