My heartfelt condolences for your loss.
Blair was an awesome and invaluable colleague (Service Canada), not only because he knew so much and was always available and going the extra mile to help, but because he was good-hearted and made people feel good around him. I will cherish my memories of him. May your happy memories give you peace and comfort during this challenging time.

We at Service Canada who worked closely with Blair over the last few years are deeply saddened by the news of his passing and cannot begin to imagine the grief of his family and friends. Please accept the condolences of all of us here who knew him. He was one of the kindest and most gracious persons I have ever had the pleasure to get to know. He could be counted on for sage advice, patience and understanding and a good, dry humor. It was clear that he loved his family above all and loved his role as clown. Although he recently retired from SC, there was comfort in knowing we could reach out to him. We will all miss him and always remember him very fondly.

My condolences to Blair's family and friends. It was a privilege to work with him at Service Canada and share laughs. There weren't many days when Blair didn't share stories of his family or his adventures being a clown. May memories of time shared bring a smile to your face and comfort to your heart.

Blair aka Nifty the clown was a sweet man, a real gentleman who gave of himself to his family his country and through his work with the Tunis Shriner Clown Unit. He came to us as a fully experienced Shriner Clown and stepped up to the role of unit President when frankly the rest of the bunch didn't want to put in the extra work. Nifty didn't complain he just got on with the job. He'll always be there for us in Shriner Clown heaven... miss you buddy... Waffles ...Tunis Clown Treasurer

It is with the greatest of grief that I write this small note of commemoration for the late MWO Hart. Blair was assigned to be in charge of Professional Standards for a number of years at Military Police Headquarters in Ottawa. During this timeframe I had the privilege to work with him and absorb the limitless knowledge and expertise he had regarding our profession. He was always a loyal and compassionate member of the Military Police whose leadership and dedication was of the highest order, his care and consideration towards all members of the Military Police was remarkable. I am happy to have known and worked with Blair and will miss him, I will remember our long conversations and his patience with me as we worked through very difficult issues. I am privileged and thankful to have had Blair in my life, god bless and rest in peace brother.
