Obituary of Sharon Kay Holsapple
Sharon Kay Holsapple passed away on December 23, 2022 in
Topock, AZ, at the age of 74, battling an illness with her loving husband Dan by her side at all times. She was born February 28, 1948 in St. Louis, MO to the late Al and Betty Taylor.
Sharon was a lucky one to have found true love twice in a lifetime. She has resided with her husband Dan for the past nine years in Lake Havasu City and Topock, AZ., enjoying their life together while RVing "on the road again", spending time with family and cherishing each other.
Sharon is survived by her husband Dan, her two daughters, Cheryl Riddle and Chrissy Miller and husband Pete Miller. She also loved Dan's children as her own, Dan Jr. (Courtney) Holsapple and Stacey (Terhi) Zorn. Her two sisters Patty (Larry) Whalen and Judy Townes.
Grandkids are Corbin Brown, Emily Brown, Nacole (John) Nader, Kaylan Miller, Charlie (Missy) Miller, Travis Zorn, Danny (Bailey) Holsapple, Bella Strunk and Hudson Holsapple.
Great Grandkids are Owen Miller, Liam Miller, Grayson Zorn and Danny Jr. Holsapple.
Preceding in death, her husband Chuck Riddle of 46 years, her sister Barbara DiPaolo and Tom Crokie.
Sharon had the strength of a country woman and taught her daughters how to be strong in their own lives. She was an amazing artist, loved to laugh, was feisty and loved to joke around. She loved her family and friends fiercely. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. "See you on the flip flop"
Sharon's family will honor her in a private ceremony at a later date.
