Obituary of Theodore S. Hudson

COHOES - Theodore S. Hudson, 58, of Cohoes, formerly of Troy, entered into rest unexpectedly on February 19, 2023, at Samaritan Hospital. The son of the late Robert and Laurel (Houseworth) Hudson, Theodore was born on August 30, 1964, in Troy. He has resided in the Troy area for all his life, attending local schools and was a graduate of Troy High School, lastly residing in Cohoes. Theodore joined the US Army serving from 1984-1989 and received an honorable discharge for his service. At the time of his death, Mr. Hudson was employed by Davie's Office Refurbishing in Albany. Theodore will be warmly remembered by friends and family as being kind, caring and a loving man who always put his family first. He was an avid fisherman, and bowler, but loved nothing more than spending time with his family, his wife Alice who he fondly called "my lady, my love" and his grandchildren. Theodore always looked forward to a beautiful day to just ride on his Harley. Devoted husband of Alice Hudson, loving father of Paradise Hudson, and to his stepchildren: Nicole Giordano, George Hathaway, Alice Hathaway, and Gregg Arnold. Beloved "Papa" of 19 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Dear brother of: Ruth, Robert, Jimmy, Mandy, and Christopher. In addition to his parents, Theodore was also predeceased by two brothers, George, and David. The Hudson Family wishes to acknowledge and especially thank, Davie's Office Refurbishing.
