Those ever-lasting memories made and shared by Deb to so many people will never fade. Memories that will fill the hearts and minds of family and friends that will live on forever. Her beauty both internal and out, infectious smile, love, selflessness, hard work and commitment she shared was like no other. Deb was truly a giver, a one of a kind. Deb was born in Birmingham England and immigrated to Canada in 1965 with her family. In her mid twenties Deb became one of the top nail technicians in the United States and eventually taught nail technology in Louisiana and Florida.
