Obituary of John Curran Sr

John Curran Sr. SEPT 21, 1941 - APR 14, 2023 Our beloved husband, father, friend, coach and mentor, John Curran Sr. transitioned into heaven on Friday, April 14th, 2023. He was met with love from his Mom, Mary, Dad John, and 4 sisters. John is survived by his beloved wife Betty, and his children, Paul, John and Debbie. John was born in Dundee, Scotland. His love of football, family and carpentry shaped his youth. He was a skilled carpenter and opened his own business in Scotland which he continued in Canada. His vision for a local soccer club came into fruition with Windsor United. He thrived as a coach and mentor. He was a kind and thoughtful husband, father and friend. His presence was impactful and his loss is immense. Thank you to the Stroke and Palliative Team at Windsor Regional Hospital, Ouellette Campus.
