Sincerest condolences to Brenda, his children and his friends. For 73 years Bryan and I grew from being kids to adulthood learning to work, love and play. Photography was his life long passion which he passed on to me as well as a few computers he built over the years. Early on we competed from bicycles to cars and even cards. He was a great friend who will be missed and our times together will be cherished fondly forever.

So many wonderful memories of Bryan playing the organ while I played the piano at Riverside; sharing our gifts of music; the Dinner 8's with the folk from church; I will always be thankful he was able to tune my cherished childhood piano--sure will miss having an expert tuner; when I think of Bryan I can always picture feet with no shoes (even at times in the winter); some fond memories of Bryan and Dan talking about photography.

I have missed Bryan as he always added to our church service at Riverside Baptist by playing the organ so well. also had the privilege of interacting with him at the men's breakfast. Brenda, my deepest condolences to you and your children. May your faith in God grant you strength as you grieve your loss. Bryan was such a generous man, always willing to lend a hand. I remember when a mutual dear friend was not well and I desperately wanted a can of Vernors. Except nobody had vernors on the shelves. I put a post on Facebook with a comment “what I wouldn’t do for a vernors right now”. Before I knew it, Bryan was at my front door with a 6 pack of vernors that he located in Belle River along with your amazing dessert. Even while Bryan was so sick, he never stopped caring about others. You are in my prayers ❤️

My grandfather was like a second father to me. He was a kind, loving, gentle man. I'll always remember him taking photos like the world was going to end if he didnt. Every photo he took was art, he was truly skilled. Grandpa, you will be in my heart forever.

I was fortunate to have Bryan as my Brother-in-Law for over 47 years! I will miss our conversations about our shared faith and about photography . He had a keen intellect and a loving, caring soul !
