I've just today found out about Roland. I'm very sad to hear this and my condolences to Roland's family, and to brother Dave of whom also worked at Budd.
I worked with Roland at Budd Heat Treat years ago and Roland was a great guy to work with. I have great memories working with him, always fun, and I could always count on him for helping out.
Years later, Roland came & helped me with a landscape project. Amazing come back from a tragic work accident.
Very sad to read about this. I'm truly very sorry to read this.
