Obituary of William Bill Haig

Haig, William Earl (Bill) December 27, 1952 – November 19, 2022 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill. He who fought a long and hard battle with cancer. Bill is predeceased by his parents, Earl and Myrtle Haig. He is survived by a loving sister and brother-in-law, Carol & Bob Read. He will be missed by nephew Jim Ruthven. He also leaves behind a favourite aunt, Pauline Godin. His long-time friends were true friends to the very end. Bill was a great sports enthusiast in all sports, and loved his Las Vegas Raiders. Bill enjoyed his family and spending quiet times at the beach in Belle River. Cremation has taken place, there will be no funeral as per Bill’s wishes. NO MORE PAIN! Rest in peace, my loving brother.
