We were neighbours of Cliff and Julie for many years in South Bay on Manitoulin Island. He was the kindest most gentle man we ever met. It was sad when they left the Island but devastating now that we have lost him to join his maker in Heaven. Our sincerest prayers for Julie and family in their loss. I remember meeting Cathy on the first day of school at Mohawk and learning that her Dad was a tugboat Captain. It was coolest profession I had ever heard of. I only wished we could have had a career day, I had so many things I would have loved to ask Cliff.
