Obituary of Jacqueline Monminie

MONMINIE, Jacqueline September 28, 1950 - September 9, 2022 In loving memory of Jacqueline Monminie who passed peacefully surrounded with her family by her side on Friday, September 9, 2022. Her loving husband Leonard Monminie with whom she shared 33 years of marriage survives Jackie. Predeceased by her parents Gerald and Norma Marie Gow. Daughter-in-law to Christine Monminie. Loving mother of Bradden Wilkinson (Renee) Darrell Wilkinson (Trudy) Shaun Wilkinson and Candace Young. Dear sister to Judy Shaften and predeceased by her brother William “Bill” Gow (1993). During Jackie’s amazing life, she was the proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren Taylour Wilkinson (Devon), Benjamin Wilkinson, Sebastian Wilkinson, Natasha Wilkinson, Cayden Wilkinson, Finley Wilkinson, Caullin Rundle (Brittany), Evan Rundle (Stephanie), Torrin Young, Kodin Young, Dushawn Young, A.J Sambury, Jahmoni Sambury, Jamal Sambury and 1 great grandchild Thomas Rundle. Jackie was an adored aunt to several nieces and nephews and all will dearly miss her. Jackie learned her passion for cooking from her mother Norma and loved nothing more than to prepare food for her loved ones as well as volunteering for soup kitchens and other charitable endeavors. She poured unconditional love to those who she touched and she worked hard and ensured that she provided for the ones she cared for. She will be missed dearly as a wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. Cremation has taken place and friends and family are invited to a celebration of Jackie’s life will be on Saturday October 15, 2022 at 11am at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery located at 366 Talbot St W. Leamington, Ontario, N8H 4H4. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simple Choice.
