Obituary of Margery Elizabeth Tofflemire

Passed away peacefully at Windsor Regional Hospital- Met Campus at the age of 89 with her loving family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Jim Tofflemire for 42 years. Loving mother of David Vizard (wife Elaine), Linda Tofflemire, Laurie St. Antoine, and Tammy Jakobszen (husband Doug). Loving Nana of the late Michael Caron (2018), Kyle, Kayla, Ava, Mary (Dave), Sean (Sherri), Adam (Nicole), Joe (Louise), and Jennifer; great-grandmother to Nolan. She will be missed by her grand dog Rocky. Dear sister of the late Alice Keegan and the late Harry Maynard. Marge will be missed by many extended family and friends. Special thanks to the Birdsview team at Heron Terrace for their wonderful care, as well as to Dr Mayer and the 5th floor nursing staff at Met hospital. For over 20 years she was an elevator operator at the Canada building, and this job brought her much joy and happy memories. She was an avid baker, bowler, shuffleboard and euchre player. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor. Cremation has taken place and a private family internment will take place.
