Deepest sympathies Fran, Shannon ,Michael and families. I was fortunate to have worked with Andy for many years at the City of Melville Public Works. He was the hardest working and most dedicated guy there. Quiet but so respected. He was always willing to teach us young guys any thing he could, especially at lunch time when it came to a good game of cards.
