Obituary of russell Chauncey bryant

Russell C. Bryant, 70, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away on January 18, 2023. Russell was born on August 27, 1952 to C. Roy and Arline Bryant in Norwich, Connecticut. After Russell graduated from Norwich Technical High School in 1971, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After an honorable discharge from the Navy, Russell went to work as an electrician. He went on to start his own electrical business. In 2008, Russell married his wife, Ghislaine. Russell was predeceased by his parents C. Roy and Arline Bryant and his brother Douglas Bryant. He is survived by his wife Ghislaine; daughter Heather; his step sons; his grandson Ashton Knighton; his granddaughter Kennedy Knighton; his siblings Fredrick, Sherry and Holly; and nieces and nephews. Russell loved his wife of 14 years. He was devoted to his daughter and grandchildren. He donated what he could to various nonprofits including veterans, fire fighters and police. Russell loved his country and was proud of his service in the Navy. Russell suffered with kidney failure the last decade of his life, but you would not be able to tell by looking at him. He always had a smile and a snarky sense of humor which came from a place of love.
