My sincere condolences to your family. I first met Myrtle when I worked for Highways many moons ago. She was funny / interesting and just fun to be around. She was certainly a hard worker and we probably drove her crazy with our mess making but she never would have said anything. It was certainly my pleasure to know her.

I am so very very sorry to hear of the passing of your Wife and Mother and Grandmother. Myrtle was a beautiful soul and I enjoyed every time we visited. I know Lorne also had a special place in his heart for her and now they can share memories again. Take good care of yourselves. You will be in my thoughts and prayers…Hugs from Terri Davidson

Our deepest sympathies to all of Myrtle’s family. We are deeply saddened to hear of her passing, now she is resting comfortably. She was such an amazing lady. So many wonderful memories. Her beautiful smile, her sense of humour, she looked after us littles whilst driving her faithful steed Judy to school in the winter with a toboggan full of cousins. A favourite memory is, yes, a mouse. One winter my Mom had a very successful batch of chokecherry wine in the cellar, and then spent time in hospital. On tv nights when some of the family gathered, we “young ones” would slip down a sip test some wine in Moms jam jars. But one night…a mouse! Myrtle led us all up the stairs quickly with our wine in our hands, into the room full of adults! No more wine! Rest easy Myrtle, love and prayers for all you. Hugs.

Our deepest condolences to David, Penny, Pam, Darrel, and their families. Myrtle was an amazing lady with a beautiful soul, and the world was truly a better place because of her. May you all find comfort in knowing that she is now safe with God. Find strength in eachother, and keep all of your wonderful memories of her close to your hearts.
