Obituary of Jean Sophie Crittenden

CRITTENDEN, Jean Sophie - 87, Lion's Head, Ont., formerly of Mulgrave, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2004, in Golden Dawn Nursing Home, Lion's Head, Ont. Born in St. John's, NL, she was a daughter of the late John and Sophie (Keeping) Danson. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church and a choir member. She was a member and past Matron of Faith Chapter No. 54 O.E.S. Mulgrave and a member of the Memory Lane Club. Surviving are her son, Arnold, Lion's Head, Ont.; brother, Bob (Hazel), Tantallon; four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Hiram; son, Beverly; sister, Elizabeth; brother, Jack. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Mulgrave & Area Resting Place. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Mulgrave, Rev. Katherine Bourbonniere officiating. Burial in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Jean may be made to St. Andrew's Church Memorial Fund.
