Obituary of Vivian Fay Brinson Daveiro

Vivian Fay Brinson Daveiro, 72, of 104 Gaston Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, died Tuesday, October 15, 2002 at Albemarle Hospital. She was born in Elizabeth City, NC, the daughter of the late James and Margaret Forbes Brinson and was the widow of Louis Alfred Daveiro. She was a homemaker and a member of Elizabeth City Rebecca Lodge # 62. Mrs. Daveiro is survived by a daughter, Sherry Godfrey and husband Wayne of Elizabeth City; a son, Louis Alfred Daveiro, Jr. and wife Susan of Elizabeth City; a brother, James Brinson of Elizabeth City; and four grandchildren, J. W. Godfrey, Jamie Daveiro, Janna Godfrey, and Josie Daveiro all of Elizabeth City. She was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Godfrey, and two brothers, Hubert and George Brinson. A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, October 17, 2002 at 2:00 pm at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Clay Manos officiating. The family will receive friends at the residence of Louis and Susan Daveiro, 104 Gaston Drive, Elizabeth City, NC.
