Obituary of Louis Kenneth Hall

Elizabeth City, NC Louis Kenneth Hall, 68, of 1108 East Williams Circle, Elizabeth City, NC, died Tuesday, January 28, 2003 at Norfolk Sentara.. He was born in Perquimans County, NC to the late George Lewis and Susan Marie Symons Hall. He was a retired lieutenant with the Elizabeth City Police Department having served for thirty years, a member and deacon of the First Christian Church, a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Eureka Lodge #347 AF & AM, and Scottish Rites Bodies of New Bern. Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Ann White Hall of the home; a daughter, Mary Sue Moore of Fuquay Varina, NC; a son, Kenneth ‘Buddy’ Hall of Elizabeth City, NC; a sister, Nell Hall White of Fountain Valley, CA; a brother, William Gerald Hall of Aulander, NC; and two grandchildren, Nathan and Lindsay Katherine Moore. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, January 31, 2003 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church by the Rev. Dr. Jerry Burton. Burial will follow at New Hollywood Cemetery. A visitation will be on Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the funeral home and at other times the family will be at the residence.
