Obituary of Lecretia “Lou” Waller Brown

Elizabeth City, NC Lecretia ‘Lou’ Waller Brown, age 80, of Creek Road, Elizabeth City, NC died at Winslow Memorial Nursing Home on Saturday, February 22, 2003. Born in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late LaMonte Bradford and Mable Lake Waller. She was a Cosmetologist, and a Catholic. Mrs. Brown is survived by: one daughter Odella Romaine, and husband Mike of Elizabeth City, NC; two sons Jim Henry Baker and wife Tereasa of Fayetteville, NC, and Owen Ray Baker of Nome Alaska; two grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
