Lloyd Thomas ‘Tommy’ Meads Pasquotank County Native Lloyd Thomas ‘Tommy’ Meads, age 51, of 706 Riverside Ave., Elizabeth City, NC died Monday, March 10, 2003 in Elizabeth City, NC. He was born in Pasquotank County, NC, son of the late William Henry and Bessie Ann Lane Meads. Mr. Meads is survived by a son, Lloyd Thomas ‘Buddy’ Meads, Jr. and fianc Brianna Perry of Hertford, NC; a grandson, Colton Thomas Meads of Hertford, NC; six sisters, Annette Meads Sawyer of Rocky Mount, NC, Latitcia Meads Lindbuckler of Hertford, NC, Judith Meads Overman, Linda Meads Griffin and Alice Meads Redding all of Elizabeth City, NC, and Amy Meads Chappell of Raleigh, NC. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2003 at 2:00pm in Twifords Memorial Chapel, with the Revs. Archie Callahan and Chap Chappell officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Following the service the family will receive friends in the lobby of the funeral home and at other times at the residence of Dr. Marshall and Alice Redding, 914 Riverside Ave, Elizabeth City, NC.
