Obituary of Jeannie D. Sawyer

Jeannie Dietrich Sawyer Elizabeth City, NC Jeannie Dietrich Sawyer, age 74, of 139 Tiff Lane, Elizabeth City, NC, went to heaven to be with her Lord, Friday, March 14, 2003. She was born in Oil City, PA, the daughter of the late Lewis and Nellie Sopher Dietrich, and was the wife of William F. Sawyer of the residence. She was a loving mother who will be sadly missed by her family. Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Lynda Lewis of Zebulon, NC; three sons, Robert Morrisette, Jr. and wife Grace of Chesapeake, VA, James Morrisette of Elizabeth City, NC, and Michael Morrisette of Raleigh, NC; one sister, Roberta Weeks of Titusville, FL; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild and one great great grandchild. She was predeceased by a son, Tom Morrisette. Funeral services will be Sunday, March 16, 2003, at 2:00 PM at New Life Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Clay Manos officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Immediately following the service the family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall.
