Obituary of Randy Lee Garrett

RANDY LEE GARRETT Native of Norfolk, VA. Randy Lee Garrett, 46 of 379 Old Swamp Road, South Mills, NC died at his residence. He was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Fred and Queenie Cahoon Garrett. Mr. Garrett was a heavy equipment mechanic, a U. S. Marine Corps veteran, and an avid musician. He loved his family dearly. Mr. Garrett is survived by his wife, Marlene Biggs Garrett of South Mills, NC, a daughter, Crystal Garrett of Newport News, VA.; three sisters, Joyce Olah of Chesapeake, VA, Marie Baker of Florida, and Norma Barnett of Norfolk, VA.; two brothers, Charles Garrett and Jerry Garrett both of Moyock, NC and a half brother Ken Garrett. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Fred Garrett, Jr. and Marvin Garrett and two half brothers Doug and Donald Garrett. The family will receive friends and relatives at Twiford Memorial Chapel, 405 E. Church St., Elizabeth City, NC, Tuesday, April 1, 2003, from 6:00 until 8:00pm.
