Misa Kamata Mathews
CHESAPEAKE – Misa Kamata Mathews, 67, died July 14, 2003 at Chesapeake
General Hospital. Mrs. Mathews was born in Japan to the late Sugi and Ryotaro
Kamata. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sokagakai Sect. Mrs. Mathews
was predeceased by her first husband, Yukio Kimura.
She is survived by one daughter, Akemi Mathews Rouse and her husband Jim of
Chesapeake and one grandson, Nicholas Rouse of Chesapeake.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Condolences may be
