Obituary of Ann Wiese

MANTEO, NC ANGELINE ‘ANN’ MARIE BATTAGLINO WIESE, 80, of Manteo, NC died Monday, August 4, 2003 at her residence. Mrs. Wiese, born in Bridgeville, PA was a retired Purchasing Manager in the steel industry and was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. She was the daughter of the late Massimo and Frances Czar Battaglino and the widow of the late Robert E. Wiese, Jr. Mrs. Wiese is survived by a sister, Mary F. Mancini of Pittsburgh, PA and a number of nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Kitty Hawk, on Monday, August 11, 2003 at 11:00 am with Father Henry Haske’ S.J. officiating. Friends are invited to join the family for a buffet in the church fellowship hall immediately following the service. Burial will be in Roanoke Island Memorial Gardens, Manteo. The family will receive friends at Twiford’s Funeral Home, Manteo on Sunday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Twiford’s Colony Chapel, Manteo is assisting the family with arrangements.
