Obituary of Joseph Sykes

Grandy, NC Joseph Peter Sykes, age 61, of 119 Edgewater Drive, Grandy, NC died Monday, August 11, 2003, at his residence. He was born in Delaware County, PA; son of the late Joseph Peter and Veronica Marie Bennett Sykes. Mr. Sykes is survived by a daughter, Christine Marie Wissman and son in law, Bo, of Grandy, NC; a son, Brian Joseph Sykes of Point Harbor, NC; a granddaughter, Emily Wissman of Grandy, NC; two sisters, Bernadette Sykes of Washington, DC and Anne Marie Sykes of London, England; a brother, Leo Joseph Sykes of Clifton, PA; a niece, Maura Sykes-Brennan; and a nephew, Daniel Hogg.
