Obituary of John Anacko, Jr.

John Anacko, Jr., of 126 Keeter Barn Road, South Mills, NC, died Wednesday, august 20, 2003, at his residence. Mr. Anacko, a native of Central Falls, RI, was the widower of Catherine Caughlin Anacko and the son of the late John Anacko, Sr., and Agnes Bischok Anacko. He was a retired aircraft mechanic from the Norfolk Naval Air Station and served in the US Navy Air Corps. Mr. Anacko is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Anacko Stafford of the residence; a sister, Lillian Vaughn of Jamestown, RI; a brother, Walter Anacko of South Attleboro, MA; two grandchildren, Catherine Kelly Ewell and John Ryan Stafford; and two great grandchildren, Abigail Morgan Ewell and Dane Stafford Ewell. A memorial service will be held at the residence on Sunday, August 24, 2003, at 4:00 PM. The family will receive friends at the residence and requests memorial donations to the Albemarle Hospice, PO Box 189, Elizabeth City, NC 27907-0189.
