Obituary of Ruth L. Webster

Ruth Luise Kollra Webster, age 72, of the 100 block of Sunny Acres Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, died Monday, August 25, 2003, at Norfolk Sentara Hospital. Mrs. Webster, a native of Bremen, Germany, was the wife of Kenneth Russell Webster, Sr., of the residence and the daughter of the late Herman Kollra and Luise Anna Kern Kollra. She was a homemaker. Besides her husband she is survived by four daughters, Evelyn Lowman, Barbara Lilly, Brenda Chrystal, and Patricia Webster, all of Elizabeth City, NC; two sons, Kenneth Webster, Jr., and Edward Webster, both of Elizabeth City, NC; ten grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Gerald Webster. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Twiford’s Northside Chapel, 1115 North Road Street, and at other times at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Lilly, 111 Sunny Acres Drive, Elizabeth City, NC.
