Obituary of Sadie Seymour

Sadie B. Seymour Matewan, WV native Sadie Blankenship Seymour, age 80, formerly of Barco, NC died Sunday, August 24, 2003 at Guardian Care Nursing Home. She was born in Matewan, WV and was the daughter of the late Penny and Bertha Justice Blankenship and the widow of Marvin Seymour. Mrs. Seymour is survived by two sons, Ralph Martin of Corpus Christi, TX, and Walter Martin of Big Sandy, TN; a sister, Jean Williams of Poplar Branch, NC; a nephew, Calvin Forbes of Barco, NC, and several grand children. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Twiford’s Memorial Chapel, 405 East Church Street, Elizabeth City, NC, is in charge of arrangements.
