Obituary of David Tapper

VIRGINIA BEACH – PH1 David M. Tapper, 32, died August 20, 2003 while serving his country. Mr. Tapper was born in Camden, NJ to Kenneth and Judith Tapper. Mr. Tapper was a Navy Seal. He left behind his parents, his loving wife, Tracy; two daughters, Vanessa and Talia; two sons, Raimen and Jared; four sisters, Judi, Ruth, Brenda and Diana and a host of other family members and friends. Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Naval Special Warfare Foundation, P.O. Box 5365, VA Beach, VA 23471.
