Obituary of Eva Wilkinson

Eva Riggs Wilkinson Pasquotank County Native Eva Riggs Wilkinson, age 87, of 100 Pineview Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2003, at her residence. Mrs. Wilkinson, a native of Pasquotank County, NC, was the daughter of the late William Cader Riggs and Love Virginia McDonald Riggs. She had lived in Norfolk, VA for many years, and in retirement had returned to Elizabeth City. She is survived by Charles Bough, Blanche Turner, both of Elizabeth City, her son, Gary L. Bobbitt of Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren, Jennifer Monin and Grey Bobbitt; and great granddaughter Catherine Monin. A graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 16, 2003, in New Hollywood Cemetery with the Rev. Roger Stanley officiating. The family will receive friends at the Twiford’s Northside Chapel, 1115 North Road Street, Elizabeth City, NC from 7:00 ‘ 8:30 PM, Monday, September 15, 2003. Twiford’s Northside Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
