Obituary of Elizabeth Charlton

NAGS HEAD, NC ELIZABETH JEAN CHARLTON, 86, of Nags Head, died, Tuesday, October 21, 2003, in Nags Head. Mrs. Charlton was born in Marquette, Mi and was a retired homemaker. She was a member of Saint Andrews by the Sea Episcopal Church and a member of Dare County VIP Club and a graduate of Graveret High School and Northern Michigan College. She was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Fassbender Robertson and the wife of the late Fred R. Charlton. Surviving are two daughters; Margaret Thompson of Jarvisburg and Susan Stein of Kill Devil Hills, four grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Mrs. Charlton was predeceased by two brothers; Rev. J. William Robertson and Henry Robertson. A service of remembrance will be held at Saint Andrews by the Sea Episcopal Church, Friday, October 24, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. by The Rev. Charles E. B. Gill.
