Obituary of Bennie Williams

Avon, NC Bennie Williams, 93, died at an Outer Banks medical facility on Saturday, November 1, 2003. Mr. Williams was born in Avon and was retired from the United States Postal Service. He was a veteran having served in the United States Coast Guard during WWII. He was the son of the late Charles and Sally Williams Williams and the widower of Helen Bolek Williams. Mr. Williams is survived by two daughters, Rose Jansen of Medford, NY and Geneieve Maccia of Mebane, NC; twelve grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; he was preceded in death by one daughter, Helen Peluso; A Service of Remembrance will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
