Obituary of Rose Marie Bunch

Elizabeth City, NC Rose Marie Rose Bunch, age 61, of 900 Parsonage Street, Extd., Elizabeth City, NC, died Wednesday, January 7, 2004 in Albemarle Hospital. She was born in Tyrrell County, NC, daughter the late Fred Rose and Bethel Cahoon Rose, and was wife of the late James ‘Pete’ William Bunch. Mrs. Bunch worked in the housekeeping department for Albemarle Hospital, and was a member of Olivet Lakes Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is survived by one daughter, Sonya Phelps of Elizabeth City, NC; one son, Dallas Edward ‘Eddie’ Bunch of South Mills, NC; two sisters, Patsy Rose Weeks of Elizabeth City, NC, and Annie Lee Rose Brickhouse of Columbia, NC; three half sisters, Rengina Rose Kramer of Chesapeake, VA, Myra Keyzer of Pantego, NC; and Marilyn Simpson of Richmond, VA; two half brothers, Freddy Rose of Va. Beach, VA, and Buddy Rose of AL; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, January 10, 2004 in Twiford’s Memorial Chapel at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Ray Archer officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home, and at the residence at other times. Twiford’s Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
