Obituary of William Samuel Hauser

Southern Shores, NC William Samuel Hauser, 76, died at an Outer Banks medical facility on Saturday, January 24, 2004. Mr. Hauser was born in Barbourville, KY, lived on the Outer Banks since 1978 and was a retired Investigator with the F.B.I. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Hauser was the son of the late Gustav Adolf Hauser and the late Mary Herzig Hauser and the husband of the late Virginia Woodson Hauser. Mr. Hauser is survived by four sons, Bill Hauser of Ashburn, VA, Gus Hauser of Chattanooga, TN, Lewis Hauser of Springfield, VA and Clay Hauser of Kitty Hawk; two sisters, Louise Dizney of Jacksonville, NC and Betty Sanslow of Knoxville, TN and eight grandchildren. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2004 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Episcopal Church with Rev. Thomas E. Wilson officiating.
