Arthur Roy Hadley, Sr. Native of Norfolk, VA Arthur Roy Hadley, Sr., age 71, of 8005 West Glen Road, Norfolk, VA, died Tuesday, February 10, 2004, in Elizabeth City, NC. Mr. Hadley, a native of Norfolk, VA, was the husband of Blanche Moyer Hadley of the residence and the son of the late Emmett Francis Hadley and Hazel M. Turner Hadley. He was a former resident of Snug Harbor, NC, and Elizabeth City, NC, and a US Army Veteran of the Korean War. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Arthur Roy Hadley, Jr., and Terry Glenn Hadley and his wife Dana Marie all of Elizabeth City, NC; one sister, Hazel M. Cloutier and her husband Arthur A. of Farmington, NH; three brothers, Gordon F. Hadley and his wife Sarah J. of Blackstone, VA, Stuart Hadley and John B.
