Obituary of James Culbreth

James A. Culbreth Chesapeake ‘ James Aaron Culbreth, 22, departed this world to be with his Lord and Savior, on Feb. 21, 2004. He was an honor graduate of Hickory High School class of 2000, a member of Good Hope UMC, and loved the outdoors. James leaves behind, his parents, Melody and King Culbreth; a sister Ashley Culbreth; grandparents, Olive Culbreth, William and Judy Hall, and Charles and Mary Fryer; and a host of loving and devoted family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Twiford’s Colonial Chapel, Chesapeake with Pastor Mark Christian officiating. Burial will follow at the Good Hope UMC Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 7:00 until 8:30pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Good Hope UMC, 1633 Benefit Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322.
