Obituary of Timothy Jones, Sr.

Moyock, NC Timothy Robert Jones, Sr., age 46, of 117 Willow Drive, Moyock, NC, died Monday, March 1, 2004 at his residence. Mr. Jones, a 13 year veteran of the US Navy, was an avid recreational fisherman and known to his friends as ‘Bassman.’ In the past he had been an active member, president and secretary of County Bassmasters Fishing Club. Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Amy J. Jones of the residence; his parents, Thomas and Sondra Jones of Moyock; three sons, Timothy Robert Jones, Jr. of Moyock, NC, Robert Thomas Jones, of Gulf Port, MS, and Andrew Finnegan Jones of Moyock, NC; two brothers, Thomas Jones of Moyock, NC, and William Jones of OH; one sister, Suonna Cole and her husband Robert of Massillon, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
