Obituary of Inez G. Tolson

MANTEO, NC INEZ GRAY TOLSON, 82, of Manteo, NC died Tuesday, March 16, 2004 at her residence. Mrs. Tolson was born in Avon, NC and was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late William Andrew and Cora Gray, and the widow of the late Arnold G. Tolson, Sr.. She was also preceded in death by a son, William A. Tolson and a brother, James Gray. Mrs. Tolson is survived by four sons, Arnold G. Tolson, Jr. of Idaho, Darrell G. Tolson, Robert L. Tolson and Dean M. Tolson, all of Manteo, NC; two sisters, Emelis G. Meekins of Manteo, NC and Beth G. Quidley of Buxton, NC; fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at Manteo First Assembly of God on Satuday, March 20, 2004 at 11:00 am with Rev. Ron Denham and Rev. Deborah Tolson officiating. Burial will be in the Cudworth Cemetery, Wanchese, NC. The family will receive friends at Twiford’s Funeral Home, Manteo on Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
