Obituary of Joseph Turci

Manteo, NC Joseph Raymond Turci, 50, died on Thursday, March 25, 2004 due to a highway accident. Mr. Turci was born in Peeks Kill, NY and was a tow truck driver for Pugh’s Car Care in Manteo. He was the son of the late Donald Raymond Turci and Joan Gilbert Nutly and husband William of New York. Besides his mother and step-father, he is survived by two children; Lisa Marie Turci of Selbyville, DE and Joseph Raymond Turci of Denver, CO; four sisters, Kathy Turci, Katrina Turci, Beverly Turci and Joan Marie Turci; one brother, Donald Turci; one sister that preceded him in death, Diane Turci; a long-time companion, Jo Jo Rockwell of Manteo and four step-children, Amanda Bliss, Jacquelyn Laurel, Jennifer Elizabeth and Kaitlyn Brook; A Service of Remembrance will be held at Mr. Turci’s residence at 105 Fannin Mill Road, Manteo on Sunday, March 28, 2004 at 5:00 PM.
