Obituary of Margaret “Peggy” Ragen

Margaret ‘Peggy’ Morgan Ragen, age 52, of 271 East Hwy. 158. Camden, NC, died Saturday, March 27, 2004 at the Albemarle Hospital, in Elizabeth City, NC. A native of Pasquotank County, she was the daughter of the late Wilbert E. and Elizabeth B. Morgan, and was the wife of Vincent Ragen of the residence. Mrs. Ragen worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant 2 in Adult Day Care. Besides her husband, Mrs. Ragen is survived by: three sisters, Debra M. Trueblood and Brenda M. Gray, both of Elizabeth City, NC, and Sandra Daniel of Glade Water, TX; one brother Robert Morgan of FL; three nieces, Kimberly T. Solesbee of Elizabeth City, NC, Tiffany M. Baker of FL, and Erica Gray, of Elizabeth City, NC; one nephew Jack D. Trueblood III, of Hertford, NC; and three great nephews, Anthony Lane, Ethan Solesbee, and Zakary Solesbee. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at 4:00 PM in Twiford’s Memorial Chapel, 405 East Church Street with Rev.Alan Gibson officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home, and immediately after the service on Wednesday. At other times they will be at the residence.
