Obituary of Lillie Bunting

LILLIE MAE BRILEY BUNTING Retired Public School Teacher Lillie Mae Briley Bunting, 74, of 152 Puddin Ridge Road, Moyock, NC, died Monday, May 10, 2004, in the Sentara Barco Nursing Home. She was born in Pitt County, NC to the late Alton C. and Blanche Lee Bradley Briley and was the widow of the late Ken Maynard Bunting. Mrs. Bunting was a retired schoolteacher and a member of the Moyock United Methodist Church. She is survived by two brothers, H. Ray Briley of Washington, NC and Dalton C. Briley of Port Orange, Florida. She was preceded in death by a brother, Curtis L. Briley. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 12, 2004, at 11:00am in the Moyock United Methodist Church by Rev. Vic Culberson, Pastor Ron Stewart and Rev. Jim Powell. Burial will be in the Moyock Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to funeral service at the church.
