Obituary of Rosalie Dale

Grandy, NC Rosalie E. ‘Deedle’ Dale, age 66, formerly of Grandy, NC, died Thursday, May 13, 2004, in Sentara Barco Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Edward Dale and Rosalie Doxey Dale. She was predeceased by her stepfather, Andrew Rowinski. She is survived by a cousin, Mary Llew Bowers Roberts and her husband Sid Roberts of Norfolk, VA and Bath, NC. A graveside service will be Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at 3:00 PM in Laurel Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Poplar Branch, NC, with the Rev. F. Joe Griffith officiating. The family will greet friends at the cemetery immediately following the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, 601 Children’s Lane, Norfolk, VA 23507. Twiford’s Memorial Chapel, 405 E.
