Obituary of Cynthia Mae Belvin

COLINGTON, NC CYNTHIA MAE HAMILTON BELVIN, 43, of Colington, NC died Thursday, May 20, 2004 in a Chesapeake, VA hospital. Mrs. Belvin was born in Elizabeth City, NC and was a homemaker and a protestant. She was the daughter of the late James Hamilton and the late Annie Miller Hamilton Rogers. Mrs. Belvin is survived by her husband, Ricky Belvin, Sr. of the residence; two daughters, Carol Belvin of Colington and Cindy Hamilton of Barco; one son, Ricky Belvin, Jr. of Colington; one brother, Pat Hamilton of Kill Devil Hills; three grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Tavia Whisner and Amy Lundy. She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Odessa Miller of Colington. A Memorial Service will be held at Colington United Methodist Church on Sunday, May 23, 2004 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Bob Pitsch officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Colington United Methodist Church, POB 3425, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948. Twiford’s Colony Chapel, Manteo is assisting the family with arrangements.
