Obituary of Martin Larry Schulteiss

Hertford, NC Martin Larry Schultheiss, Sr. age 71, of 140 Hemlock Street, Snug Harbor, Hertford, NC, died Sunday, June 13, 2004 in the Albemarle Hospital. He was a native of Brooklyn, NY, and was the husband of Mary Evelyn Jackson Schultheiss of the residence. He was a salesman with electrolux for 43 years, and was a veteran of the US Navy. He is survived by two daughters, Brenda Schultheiss Payne and her husband James, Lisa Schultheiss and her husband Scott Evans, all of Hertford, NC; one son Larry Schultheiss of Hertford, NC; two brothers, Edward Schultheiss of Bell Moore, NY, Arthur Schultheiss of Jensen Beach, FL; four grandchildren, Chad Chappell, Nicole Ambrose, Hunter Evans, and Lee Anne Evans. A graveside service will be Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at 1:00 PM in Highland Park Cemetery with Chaplain Doug Simons officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Twiford’s Memorial Chapel, 405 E. Church Street, Elizabeth City, NC.
