Obituary of Alleada Edmonds

Elizabeth City, NC Alleada Christine Edmonds, age 84, of Keller Lane, Grandy, NC, died Sunday, June 13, 2004, in the Albemarle Hospital. She was a native of Norfolk, VA, and the daughter of the late William Raleigh Edmonds, and Alleada Tarkington Edmonds Snow. She was a retired saleslady for Peoples Drug Store, and a member of the American Legion Hut, and a Baptist. Mrs. Edmonds is survived by one daughter, Linda L. Toup of Baltimore, MD; two sons, Charles R. Davis of Va. Beach, VA, and William Dixon Lomax of Central, SC; several grandchildren great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 26, 2004 at 3:00 PM in Twiford’s Memorial Chapel, 405 E. Church Street, Elizabeth City, NC.
