Obituary of Michel Scarborough

Frisco, NC Michel Shane Scarborough, 36, died Wednesday, June 30, 2004 at his residence. Mr. Scarborough was born in Elizabeth City, NC and was a commercial fisherman. He was a member of the Cape Hatteras United Methodist Church and a graduate of Hatteras High School. He was the son of Robert Edward ‘Bobby’ Scarborough and the late Amanda Austin Scarborough. He is survived by one son, Tanner Scarborough of Buxton; two sisters, Wendy Allen and Sara Slater, both of Frisco; two brothers, Robbie Scarborough of Frisco and Marvin Scarborough of Wilmington. A memorial service will be held at the Hatteras United Methodist Church on Friday, July 2, 2004 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Charles Moseley officiating. Twiford’s Island Chapel, Hatteras, is assisting the family with these arrangements.
