DORATHY MAY HOLMES COOK, 79, of Duck, NC died Sunday, July 11, 2004 in a Norfolk, Va. hospital. Mrs. Cook, born in Boston, MA, was a retired contract manager for the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture and attended the Duck United Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lillian Edith Holms.
Mrs. Cook is survived by her husband, Robert Cook of the residence and a nephew, Richard Holmes of Columbus, GA.
A private memorial service was held on Sunday, July 11, 2004.
Twiford’s Colony Chapel, Manteo is assisting the family with arrangements.
